Very good service from R.Graham's and keen pricing too - thanks.
I agree with short usage time and fairly long re-charge, but that is down to B & D design and not supplier. Good job there were two batteries !!!
Again, not the suppliers fault, but we wasted a day and half waiting in for the delivery promised and texted by DPD the delivery firm. Thanks Ray Graham for excellent service - will use you again when necessary.

Price and service from R.G. excellent, and strimmer is effective for purpose bought ie. strimming lighltly over allotment paths before finishing with hand mower. First uses reveal short battery charge life, 20 mins max, admittedly on thick and coarse grass. I am hoping this will improve after several charges. Two batteries are essential and this deal was excellent in providing a second free. I gather if you have to buy anotherm separately it would cost nearly half the price of a new machine.

This is a nice & light strimmer, 18v battery/motor produces plenty of power for the job in hand.
Only downside is that the battery life is MUCH worse than anticipated - 20 mins continuous is the most you can get.
Recharging is slow (By Li-ion standards) at ~ 41/2 Hrs - luckily, bought a spare battery, but still can't use continuously, have to use the 2, take a 4 Hr break, then continue.
Shame, if recharge was 1/2-1 Hr, would work well.
In the B&D publicity, I'm sure it said '1500m of cutting on 1 charge' - we get ~ 50m.........
