A strimmer that takes a single 18 Volt LXT Lithium-ion battery power and delivers great performance cutting action for grass and light weeds. The DUR192L has similar specifications to the other strimmers in the DUR19X range, but is significantly lower priced. Makita have achieved this thanks to the one-time split shaft, meaning that for storage, shipping and transportation costs are far reduced, which Makita are able to pass on to end-users. The machine will be delivered in the box folded in the middle, and is easy to permanently assemble before first use. The line strimmer does not come with a battery or charger, making it ideal if you already own power tools or garden tools that use LXT batteries and don't want to waste money getting more battery packs.
