AFT allows the machine to detect a jam which might injure the user or damage the battery, and cuts the power for protection. ADT constantly monitors the load on the motor and increases power if needed to maintain a constant rotation speed for consistent cutting performance. The DUR369L has an impressive 430mm cutting swathe which quickly cuts large areas of grass. The motor is a brushless DC type which runs from 36 volts, supplied by using two 18V batteries in series. This version isn't supplied with any batteries, as many users would already have several LXT 18V batteries for their other garden and power tools.
