    Makita 18V LXT Cordless 30cm Strimmer | Bare Unit


    Please note, this machine is not supplied with battery/charger.

    This brush cutter/line trimmer from Makita has excellent electronic-advantage features such as AFT, ADT, variable speed, electric brake and more. The AFT allows for a safer outcome when the head gets entangled with stubborn brush, and the machine senses the sudden slowdown and cuts power. This allows you to then use the special reverse function to get untangled and quickly get back to work. ADT senses the speed of rotation and load on the motor to provide more power when needed to maintain a constant rotation speed. The desired speed can be set through 3 settings using a simple control, from 3,500 rpm to 6,000 rpm. The DUR190UZX3 does not come with any batteries (or charger) which allows Makita to reduce the price versus a full kit. This makes it the ideal choice for the many tradesmen, DIYers and gardeners who already have plenty of 18V LXT batteries for their other power tools.
