  This strimmer from Makita is excellent value for money, especially for those who already own Makita's long standing range of 18 Volt Lithium-ion battery packs, LXT. The strimmer has a cutting swathe of 260mm, and is designed to take advantage of Makita four-leaf nylon cord, which gives you 30 percent longer cord life. The first time you pick the DUR193 up, you'll realise that it has been designed for ergonomics, with excellent balance and usability being a core focus. You can even adjust the shaft in length over a 190mm range to get the cutting head at just the right height. There is also an edger built into the head for convenience.

  Purchased the above strimmer plus a hedge cutter from Ray Grahams.. the whole experience from ordering on line to delivery was excellent..
