The service from Grahams was exemplary; I was given an early delivery date with a one-hour slot on the morning itself which was adhered to.
The strimmer is light-weight and powerful with a running time approaching one hour on Eco which is ample for most of my needs. The Turbo setting deals easily with longer or thicker grass and weeds. Although only recently purchased, this appears to be a well-designed product which does all I hoped for.

I need a strimmer to cope with long grass on my allotment and this one has a good Which review. Grahams had a great price and turned out to have excellent delivery. I've used it twice so far and it lives up to expectations.

Very happy with this strimmer. Effective for long grass and weeds. Lightweight and easy to handle. Battery charges very quickly. Time will tell how longlasting the battery will last but so far so good!

This was a Which? best buy strimmer and Ray Grahams' price was the most competitive, including delivery. Very happy with both speed of delivery and being kept informed of delivery timings. Product seems good although the line does break inside the head if used a lot where the grass is overgrowing stone crazy paving. Tend to use it on turbo to get job done quicker, it seems comparable in power to old electric strimmer.

Delivered in 3 days. Given delivery date , then morning of delivery given 1 hour slot which was adhered to. Excellent.
Strummer is a really good product. Have struggled for several years to control allotment paths with underpowered Bosch electric strimmer but this is way, way better and justifies price. Charges in under an hour and holds charge. Eco setting is fine for grass paths and only need to turn up if really long grass/nettles, lasts 50 - 60 mins on one charge Light and well balanced.recommended for anywhere where no access to power.

Excellent service. Delivery in only 3 days and was given a one hour time slot on the morning of delivery.
Strimmer is excellent. Charges in about 1 hour. So far have only used it on turbo and half turbo because grass on my allotment is so long and damp. I managed to get all way around (approx 40 mins). I am hoping that when grass is under control I will get all around using the eco setting and have battery life left over to do a 3meter wide strip down the side as well.
So much easier and lighter to use than a petrol mower. Really pleased.
Would definitely recommend it
