Makita 3.8m Pole Saw | DUA301 & 2 x 5.0Ah Batteries
Using both batteries together in series allows delivery of 36 Volts of power to the premium brushless DC motor. This gives additional torque and makes it equivalent to a 30cc class of petrol machine while massively reducing the noise.
The saw shaft starts at 2.5 metres in length but can telescopically extend up to 3.8 metres and has a 300mm cutting bar. That's long enough to give you enough reach to remove the requirement for lifting equipment in many cases.
This kit is supplied with two high density 5.0 Amp-hour capacity 18 Volt Lithium-ion battery packs as well as a twin-port charging station to get you back up and running quickly. The twin charger has active forced air cooling fans which keeps the battery and charging circuitry cooler for better performance.
As you would expect with any high performance chainsaw, this machine has an automatic oiling system with onboard oil tank. This helps to keep the chain and bar in top possible condition for better cutting performance and longer tool life.
