  The GCK1825L20 from Black & Decker has been fitted with a 25cm bar for smaller cutting applications around the garden. The chainsaws lightweight and balanced body allows comfortable use even over long periods of use. The saws automatic oiling system ensures the chain stays well-oiled therefore prolonging its life and giving a better cut. The chainsaw is powered by 18 volt Lithium-Ion battery packs that give up to 220 x 35mm cuts per charge.

  For jobs within the 25cm bar length this is the perfect chainsaw. It cuts through timber very effectively and the 2.0 amp batteries last a long time before recharging. You get two batteries which is ideal and makes this a good buy. You can leave the batteries on charge all the time, and part charge them. The oil tank is a decent size and easy to fill. Just press the filler cap a few times to oil the chain. Assembly is easy, but read the instructions.
  
  I have been using the saw on some 150mm timber and it cuts easily but is obviously not as quick as a petrol or mains saw but it is so convenient to have a cordless. As chainsaws go this is a relatively safe product to use, is comfortable and light weight.
  
  I previously had a B&D GKC1820L20-GB chainsaw (before it was stolen) which is a different and slightly smaller version but is not quite so good.
