    DEWALT Brushless Pole Saw | 1 x 5.0Ah Li-ion Battery | DCMPS567P1


    A specialist garden tool from DEWALT's range of 18 Volt garden power tools. This saw features a brushless motor which is ideal for garden power tools due to them requiring a lot less maintenance than traditional brushed motors. This kit includes the handle, saw, extension handle, XR battery charger and 5.0 Amp-hour 18 Volt Lithium-ion battery. The saw on the end of the pole is a small chainsaw which is specially designed to prevent kickback. The 2 metre pole is extendable by 2 metres to allow a total reach of 4.5 metres, making it quick and easy to access higher areas. 

    The tubing of the saw is oval in shape for greater structural strength while allowing it to remain lightweight. The chainsaw has an auto-oiling feature to keep the cutting performance smooth. The whole machine is surprisingly balanced especially with the battery attached. For safety, the trigger incorporates a double switch that prevents you accidentally starting the machine - a large concern for cordless battery operated power tools.
