A pair of excellent power tools from the Milwaukee FUEL range of top of the line machines. These are designed from the ground up to be used by trade professionals and the kit is supplied in an HD Box with two high-density Lithium-ion battery packs. Each battery pack has a capacity of 5.0 Amp-hours, giving plenty of runtime for a range of applications.
The M18 FPD2 combi drill has a 13mm keyless chuck for fast bit changes and is capable of drilling 16mm holes in steel and masonry or an 89mm diameter hole in wood. It includes a large side handle to help the user counter the impressive 135 Nm of torque that can be applied by the drill. The drill has a brushless motor that is practically maintenance-free, and delivers longer runtime from each battery.
The M18 FID2 impact driver again has a brushless DC motor to help the battery last as long as possible between charges. The driver is impressively compact at only 117mm in length, making it ideal for working in cramped environments. The machine has advanced four-mode electronic control that allows you to select the right mode depending on the task.
