Makita Twinpack | DHP482 Combi Drill | DTD152 Impact Driver
This high quality twinpack from Makita contains two of their best powertools, the DHP482 combination hammer drill and the DTD152 compact impact driver. Along with the two tools there is a powerful multi-voltage battery charger, two 5.0 Amp-hour capacity 18 volt Li-ion batteries and a Type 3 (medium depth) MAKPAK case to safely store and transport all contents. Both tools come with belt clips to allow you to use them in combination and quickly switch between them for drilling followed by screwing.
The DHP482 Combi Drill follows on from the DHP456 and features a 13mm keyless chuck which allows you to quickly switch between drill bits and other accessories. It is capable of drilling a 13mm diameter hole in masonry and steel and can drill up to 38mm in timber with an appropriate bit. It has a torque adjustment ring to control the clutch with 21 settings or maximum torque on drill mode.
The DTD152 Impact Driver features a pressure sensitive variable speed trigger that gives you greater control over both the rotation speed and impact rate. The DTD152 has a compact design that makes it easy to use for long periods of time. It has a twin LED work light that brightly illuminates the area in front of the bit holder.
