  This compact circular saw is easier to use than ever thanks to the improved blade visibility. It also has Automated Torque Drive Technology which adjusts the blade speed on the fly to give improved cutting performance dependant on the load. This version of the saw is supplied without batteries, kitbox or charger, making it ideal for someone who already has other powertools from the 18V LXT ecosystem, however if you would like the kit version of this saw, search our site for 'Makita DHS660'. The blade is large enough for a depth of cut of 57mm, but small enough to get impressively long runtimes from each battery. The saw can bevel up to a maximum angle of 50 degrees, and can even cut to a depth of 37mm at that angle.
