  DeWalt 190mm Rail Saw | HIGHPOWER | 54V FlexVolt | 2 x 6.0Ah Batteries

  
  This is the 6.0Ah kit version of the incredibly powerful DCS579. This replaces the DCS576 as DeWalt's flagship rail compatible circular saw, and is capable of outputting 2262 Watts with each of the included 6.0 Amp-hour battery packs. That's 35 percent more power than the 576, while still retaining the same form factor and compatibility with guide rails, dust extraction, chargers and batteries.
  
  The DCS579 takes a 190mm diameter circular saw blade and can cut a depth of 61mm, or 57mm when used with a guide rail like the DWS5022. This kit can be purchased with or without a 1.5 metre DeWalt guide rail, and is also supplied with rip fence, dust extraction port, T-Stak VI deep stackable kit box, fast 6 Amp battery charger and a 24 Tooth blade.
  
  To achieve greater power than the previous generation FlexVolt rail saw, the DeWalt engineers have improved upon their brushless DC motor design to pack in more magnets and more copper windings. This allows a boost in the performance and torque levels, as well as better internal efficiencies which results in greater battery runtime.
