    Designed by Dewalt as the worlds first 54V power tool battery the DCB546 6.0Ah FlexVolt stands out from the crowd with it's unique backwards compatible design. The DCB546 54V FlexVolt battery not only delivers the unprecedented power of a corded tool to the cordless 54V FlexVolt range but can be used in conjunction with all your 18V Dewalt XR cordless tools. Meaning one battery can now power 2 cordless power tool ranges.

    The DCB546 54V is constructed of 3 x 18V batteries in series. This ensures that they are backwards compatible with 18V power tools. It will only ever step the voltage up to 18V at a time when used with the XR range but will deliver maximum performance for 3 x the runtime. 

    Compatible with all 18V XR and 54V FlexVolt tools and both 18V or 54V chargers.
