This kit takes the DCK699 and adds the incredible DCP580 cordless planer, making this the perfect pack for carpenters as well as many other types of tradesmen. As well as the planer, it also includes the DCD795 combi drill and DCF886 impact driver, both of which are extremely compact and ideal used together. There's also the DCH253 rotary hammer drill which accepts SDS-Plus fitment drill bits and chisels, and even features rotation-stop mode. The jigsaw in this kit is the model DCS331 which can make cuts up to 10mm in metal and a staggering 135mm in wood thanks to its 26mm stroke length and pendulum action. The DCS391 circular saw takes a 165mm blade and is supplied with an ultra thin kerf blade to allow superb runtime from each of the 4.0Ah batteries. To illuminate badly lit work areas, the DCL040 torch uses high power LED technology to output 110 lumens of light energy. The pack is supplied with three excellent 4.0 Amp-hour battery packs which each feature a state-of-charge indicator and output 18V nominal voltage. All this can be stored and transported in the two deep T-Stak cases, which are tough and durable enough to deal with general site treatment.
