DeWalt 1/2" Brushless Impact Wrench & 1 x 5.0Ah Battery
This ultra compact impact wrench from the 12 Volt XR range of Lithium-ion battery powered tools is ideal tool for those that don't need the immense power afforded by 18 Volt impact wrenches. It still boasts fastening torque of 340 Newton-metres which is suitable for a huge range of use cases.
This kit, the DCF901P1, is the first of two kits to introduce DeWalt's new higher capacity 5.0 Amp-hour 12 Volt battery. The other kit with this battery is the DCF903P1 - essentially the same kit as this, but with a 3/8 inch anvil instead of 1/2 inch. All DeWalt 12v tools can operate with 10.8v batteries and vice-versa.
Bringing tools down to this sub-compact size makes them as small as some comparable workshop air tools, but with the added convenience of total portability. The kit is supplied in a T-Stak compatible storage case along with a multi-voltage charger that can charge 10.8v, 12v, 14.4v, 18v and 54v XR batteries.
