  Supplied on its own (no case, batteries or charger) for those who already own any XR FlexVolt battery, this rotary hammer drill boasts a drilling capacity of 4mm to 30mm in concrete. It can deliver an impact energy of 3.5 Joules up to 4,480 times per minute, that's 74 times per second.
  
  The drill has three operating modes depending on your desired application. The normal mode is rotary hammer, which engages the hammer with rotation and is excellent when combined with masonry drill bits that have tips which break through the material while the flutes remove it as it rotates, drilling up to 30mm in concrete.
  
  The next operating mode is rotary only, which gives the DCH333 the ability to drill through metal and wood, up to 13mm and 26mm respectively. Finally there is hammer only, which stops the bit from rotating, allowing you to insert a chisel bit for removal of tiles etc.
