    With a massive 31mm blade gap, you can cut extra thick branches with this powerful machine, driven by a latest generation brushless DC motor. Another advantage of the brushless motor other than the power is the extra runtime, giving you around 65 minutes of runtime when you add a 9.0Ah battery. This version of the hedge cutter is sold without batteries or a charger, making it perfect for professional gardeners or tradesmen who already own DeWalt's FlexVolt 54V battery packs. You can take the same battery pack that powers your cordless table saw, mitre saw, SDS-Max rotary hammer drill and more, and plug it into this excellent garden tool. The blade on this machine is double sided, and measures 650mm in overall length to allow you to finish the job quicker and more accurately.
