  This extremely small oscillating multi-tool is very capable considering the size. It is another addition to the ever expanding 12 Volt XR Lithium-ion battery platform, which is backwards compatible with the 10.8V XR range. When in use, with a 2.0Ah battery, the multi-tool only weighs 1.1kg, great for carrying out accurate work when cutting, scraping or sanding.
  
  The DCS353N is supplied without batteries or charger, making it ideal for those who already own other 12V XR power tools with batteries, and want a cheaper way of expanding their tool collection without needing to pay for more batteries and chargers. The DCS353 is compatible with the full sized quick-change accessories, but is supplied with a few accessories to get you going straight away, including a couple of cutting blades, universal adaptor, and sanding sheets.
