  Makita 700 Watt Biscuit Jointer / Plate Joiner | PJ7000

  
  Biscuit jointers, also known as plate joiners, are a fantastic way to add strength to a butt-joint or mitre-joint where traditional joinery, nails or screws aren't wanted. The PJ7000 has an adjustable angle fence between 0 and 90 degrees, with handy positive-stops at 0°, 45° and 90°.
  
  The machine is operated by a slide switch and has a fixed speed which operates the 100mm diameter blade up to 11,000 rpm no load speed. It is supplied with the blade as well as a carry case and a dust bag, though if you prefer to use active dust extraction the dust bag can be removed and replaced with a dust hose.
  
  The plunge feature has 6 pre-set depths to select from, ideal when cutting slots for mitre joins or right angle joins. This biscuit jointer is extremely compact and lightweight, making it easy to use even for the largest projects. It is available in both 110 Volt site-ready or 230 V domestic mains versions.
