  Makita SDS-MAX Corded Demolition Hammer

  
  A heavy corded demo hammer from Makita that runs at 1,100 Watts input power. It has a variable speed control that allows it to run between 1,100 and 2,650 bpm. With each impact it delivers 7.6 Joules of impact energy, great for demolishing walls and old foundations. The bit holder on the DM0870C is easy to use, allowing quick tool-free changing of chisel bits. During use, the Makita circuitry monitors the load and adjusts power accordingly in order to maintain a constant speed, and therefore consistent chiselling performance. The DM0870C is supplied in a heavy duty carry case, and is available in either 110 Volt or 230 Volt AC versions.
