  This incredibly powerful machine is one of the best improvements to efficiency a tradesman can have - saving hours vs cutting and chiselling out either by hand or even with saw and rotary hammer drill. The brilliant Metabo MFE40 allows channels to be cut to a depth of up to 40mm thanks to the powerful Metabo Marathon motor featuring Tacho-Constamatic Full Wave Electronics which adjusts the power based on the load to the motor. The chaser can be adjusted to cut a large range of both widths and depths easily, to suit a large range of tasks.
  
  This Metabo wall chaser has a wide range of safety features including a high performance automated clutch to disconnect the drive motor from the disc if it jams suddenly. It also has soft start technology as Metabo knows that no one likes those jarring jolts when a high power tool like this starts up. Potentially dangerous dust can be effectively extracted by attaching a high performance M-Class vacuum to the machine, further shortening cleanup times.
  
  

  ASR 25 L SC L-Class Vacuum Option

  Select the "L-Class Vac" option from the dropdown above to include the L-Class vacuum cleaner that features power-take-off. Not only does this power-take-off provide power to the wall chaser, or any other tool requiring dust extraction, but the vacuum can also be set up to automatically start when it detects that the power tool has started. Wall chasers require extremely high flow for dust extraction due to the massive amounts of material removed per second, and the ASR 25 L SC can handle this thanks to the 4380 litres per minute air flow, with 248 hPa (mbar) of vacuum pressure.
  
  

  ASR 35 M ACP M-Class Vacuum Option

  Select the "M-Class Vac" option from the dropdown above to includes the excellent M-Class vacuum cleaner/dust extractor which has all the same features as the ASR 25 L SC above but is rated for M-Class dust extraction. This makes it the essential choice when tracking concrete and masonry walls regularly, and also to allow it to be used on heavily regulated work sites. The suction hose supplied is the anti-static type that reduces the likelihood of the user receiving a static shock when cutting or grinding concrete. The M-Class version also has a 35 litre tank instead of 25, and runs 3 dB(A) quieter for a better working environment.
  
  

  Blade Option

  The MFE 40 wall chaser comes as standard with two premium quality diamond cutting discs which, in combination with the included spacer rings, can be used to cut a track up to 35mm wide with the middle bridge to be chiselled out. However, the optional triple cutting diamond blade gives you the ability to cut tracks up to 28.5mm in width without the need for any chiselling.
