  Does the job at a good price

  Our local fire place stockists no longer supply spares, so we had to search on line. Ray Grahams product fitted the bill, with clear dimensional information and a good price.
  
  The product's construction is quite basic, but that's what is needed for an ash pan. The online  ordering facility was quick, but introduced an interesting error - swapping the county information between the billing address and delivery address. However, this was quickly remedied with a short phone call to the folks in the office.
  
  From order to dispatch took only 2 hours, delivery took 3 working days (as indicated on the website) and the item arrived well packed and protected.
  
  I would certainly use them again -- well worth the five stars
