I ordered a new fire front, grate and ash pan online. Nice easy website to follow and goods arrived within 4 days. Unfortunately, the cast iron fire front had cracked into two pieces in the box.
A quick e-mail to Ray Grahams and a picture of the damaged front, and new one was dispatched by return.
No drama, no touch tone phone systems to work through, no quibbles, just great, proper customer service.
Would recommend without question.
