this product was/is first class, no messing about changing old for new, quality 3 times better then the old grate. Thank you for your First class service. better quality better price than the shop 16 miles away, delivered on time, no waiting 2 weeks for it to arrive WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

I have been looking to replace my fire grate. I contacted my local shops to find out the price. I then looked online and saw your website. I couldn't believe your price so l placed my order. Even better was the delivery. You got it from Ireland to Staffordshire in a few days. I will certainly recommend you and hope to deal with you again in the future.

The fire grate arrived very quickly and was well packaged to avoid risk of damage. I can see it is of excellent quality and am sure it will fit my hearth perfectly (it is exactly like the one which needs replacing) but I have not yet installed it. Thanks to Grahams' for an excellent service. The website made it easy to choose and purchase without going out to shops.

The grate arrived very quickly and was a perfect fit. The quality seems very good with a smooth cast finish with no obvious porosity that is evident in other aftermarket grates.
I'm very happy with both Ray Grahams service and the quality of the product and will certainly purchase more items as I come to need them.

I need to buy a fire grate every two years or so and have had to travel to Wales to get the size I need.
Seeing this one on the internet I bought it and it arrived promptly and well packaged.
It was cheaper than the one I had previously bought even with the postage and saved me a trip of 130 miles to Wales.
The web site was another plus as the grates were well displayed with all the dimensions clearly shown. It is surprising how bad some of the others are.
I know where to come when it is time to replace it.
