The Trend H/JIG/D6 Anydoor Hinge Jig Kit is precision engineered for professional trades such as carpenters, joiners and installers who need to accurately recess square and radius hinges in timber doors and frames. The jig is suitable for doors ranging from 600mm to 2040mm (6'8"), making it ideal for both internal and external door installations.
Featuring a modular rail construction, the Trend Anydoor hinge jig is quick and easy to assemble, allowing fast configuration between jobs. The anodised aluminium rails are lightweight yet highly durable, providing excellent accuracy and long-lasting performance on site or in the workshop.
The twin-rail design of the Trend H/JIG/D6 allows unlimited hinge positioning, making it perfect for new door installations as well as replacement hinge work. It accommodates both square and radius hinges, including the commonly used 10mm radius hinges, giving tradespeople maximum versatility.
An adjustable edge guide supports hinge leaf widths up to 35mm, while quick-release aperture blocks enable fast and precise positioning for consistent hinge recesses every time.
Setting up the jig is effortless, simply secure it in place using the included bradawls or screws for a stable working position. Once the job is complete, the Trend Anydoor hinge jig kit can be neatly stored in the supplied durable carry case, with a dedicated accessory pouch to keep all components organised and prevent lost parts.
