    Makita AC or DC Job Site Radio | 18V LXT & G-SERIES or 230V


    Complete with a 230V mains adaptor, this stereo can be run corded or cordless. To operate it cordlessly, you can use either 14.4-18V LXT battery packs, or the newer DIY G-SERIES battery packs. The battery fits in the rear of the machine, under a water resistant cover. The stereo can be used in all conditions, thanks to the IP64 ingress protection rating. This makes it perfect not only for trade use on wet and dusty construction sites, but also for use during sports. To keep your stations and the time, there are two AA batteries included which go under the main battery in the rear compartment. The radio can play music from your phone (etc) via an aux lead, or can tune into AM or FM radio across the full band of stations.
