  Makita Cordless DAB+/Bluetooth Radio & Lantern/Torch

  
  The DMR056 is the upgraded version of the DMR055. This one includes several improvements over the 055, including DAB-Plus radio, and the addition of a top mounted high intensity torch. Both radios operate from LXT batteries including the most common 18 Volt, as well as the 14.4V slide packs. The four lens guards on the lantern actually double as the antennae, giving excellent signal considering the size of the unit. When a battery is installed, the lantern can be placed down with the battery as the base. Alternatively you can use the included strap hook or hanging hook to suspend the lantern out of harms way. The main lantern has two brightness settings and three tone settings (daylight, neutral, warm), and will remember the last used settings when switched back on. The torch on top of the light can be used in static or strobe modes, allowing it to be used as a warning light.
