  SIP Corded 254mm Sliding Compound Mitre Saw

  
  This powerful machine from SIP Industrial is designed to be suitable for both home DIY, workshop or professional use. It has all the features you would expect from a professional grade machine including a laser line. The powerful red laser beam is projected clearly along the cut path so that you can easily line up pencil marks on the workpiece with exactly where the blade will land.
  
  The blade guard safely protects you by automatically covering the blade as the head is brought up after a cut. It smoothly retracts each time the blade is brought down to the workpiece for a cut. The 01511 takes a 254mm or 10 inch diameter blade with a bore diameter of 30mm. The blade that comes with the machine is a 40 tooth one with tungsten carbide tipped teeth.
  
  The blade is driven via a belt which delivers excellent torque and smooth & quiet running with lower vibration. As well as being able to make mitre cuts, the angle of the head can be rotated to create left bevel cuts. You are also able to create a compound cut by combining a mitre angle with a bevel angle.
