  Makita Back-to-Wall Sliding Compound Mitre Saw | 10 Inch

  
  This mitre saw, which is available in either 110v or 230 volt versions, is ideal for using up against a wall due to the rather unique design where the rails that the saw slides on actually protrude towards the user rather than out the back of the saw, which is a common problem with more traditional sliding mitre saws. This saw takes a large 260mm saw blade with a bore diameter of 30mm which allows a maximum mitre cut of 68 x 310mm. The saw features a clamp as well as supports to help with wide work pieces. The powerful motor helps to keep the blade at a constant speed even while cutting tough material.
