  Record Heavy Duty Planer/Thicknesser | 10" x 7"

  
  This fantastic dual-use machine is ideal for the workshop. The machine is made up of a surface planer and a thicknesser. These two tools allow you to buy or manufacture cheaper rough finished material and finish it yourself, giving you the ultimate control over the final quality of your projects. You can also use it to salvage badly warped material or rescue old damaged timber. Other practical uses include making chamfer cuts on the likes of staircase spindles and newels. The 10" x 7" measurements refer to the width of the cutter (265mm) by the maximum thicknessing height (190mm).
