  This 9 inch cordless power cutter is set to rival DeWalt's DCS690 with similar specifications, but the huge advantage with the DCE090 is that it operates from ordinary 18 volt LXT Lithium-ion battery packs, combining two in series to provide 36 volt drive power to the high performance brushless DC motor. This allows you to use your existing batteries with the latest generation tool, and keeps the price down while reducing potential electrical equipment waste. The large 230mm diameter discs are spun up to 6,600 rpm and allows you to cut up to a depth of 88mm. As this tool is designed to be used with water, the batteries are protected in a water resistant compartment.
