  Makita Sliding Compound Mitre Saw | 260mm x 30mm | 36V (2x18V) | DLS110 Bare Unit

  
  This cost effective cordless mitre saw from Makita combines two of their LxT 18 volt batteries in series to deliver a whopping 36 volts to the motor. This allows for a much higher torque than using a single 18 volt battery. The DLS110 has been created based on the LS1019 corded mitre saw so has the same cutting capacities. It can do a maximum straight cut of 68mm by 310mm and is capable of bevelling up to 48 degrees either direction and also mitring 60 degrees either direction. The high power motor in the DLS110 is a brushless type which gets longer runtime than ordinary brushed motors as well as allowing for less frequent maintenance. This version of the saw is supplied without batteries or a charger, so would be ideal for the tradesman who already has other LXT cordless machines and batteries.
