  This cordless impact driver from Makita features a high rotation speed of up to 2900 rpm to allow very fast driving of various types of fixings. Yet it doesn't sacrifice fastening power and can give a maximum fastening torque of 165Nm, more than enough for almost any application. The tool has a very compact design allowing it to be used in tight spaces without the need for angled chucks etc. It is lightweight so can easily be hung off a tool belt when not in use thanks to the included belt hook. Using this, you don't need to be concerned with running the batteries down to the point that they may be damaged, as the DTD152 has a built in battery protection circuit that keeps an eye on various important factors for battery safety. As with most impact drivers, this can be operated in either forwards or reverse direction and it includes a double LED work light that brightly illuminates the area in front of the chuck so it's easier to see what you're doing. This tool is perfect for use all day thanks to the soft ergonomic grip and the lightweight construction, and it would be our recommendation for a cost effective yet powerful Makita impact driver.
