Clean your Car with the Autoglym 3 Step Routine

Posted: 23 April 2014

Autoglym have been known as one of the best producers of car care products for many years, but are you getting the most out of your cleaners and polishes? Autoglym have come up with a 3 step cleaning routine for all the surfaces on your car to give you deep glossy finish.

The 3 step routine can be done on the bodywork, wheels and interiors. By doing all these, you make ongoing care simple and easy.

Step One: Clean
The first step in bodywork care is to wash the car making sure you have removed all the dirt and grime from your exterior. Autoglyms range of shampoos are perfect for all exterior surfaces on your vehicle.

The bodywork shampoo conditioner has a pH neutral formulation that is packed with active ingredients which clean your car, without stripping away any previous polish and wax layers applied.

Bodywork Shampoo Conditioner contains a water repellent film. As you rinse off the shampoo the film stays behind causing the water to sheet off the surface, helping you to dry the car quicker.

Step Two: Polish
The second step in bodywork care is to polish the car. Autoglyms polishes perform a number of different functions, they restore the gloss to dull paintwork,, they remove fine scratches and swirls and they also clean the top layer of paint.

Super Resin Polish is suitable for all types and colours of paint. Light scratches, swirls, stains and scuffs vanish leaving your paintwork like new. It restores gloss to dull surfaces, is simple to use and will never dry hard or become difficult to remove.

The Super Resin Polish can be used on both new and old paintwork, the paintwork doesn't have to be in poor condition to use. A light coating of the super resin polish will improve the condition of any vehicles paintwork.

Step Three: Protect

The third step in bodywork care is to protection. The final step locks in your washed and polished paintwork, protecting it from future contaminants, helping to make ongoing care simple and easy.

Aqua Wax is for quickly topping up existing sealants and wax following a wash. It is perfect if you are in a hurry and only adds a couple of minutes to the overall washing and drying time. Aqua Wax can be applied to all exterior surfaces, including paint, rubber, plastic and glass.

Aqua Wax contains real carnauba wax and allows you to wax and dry your car at the same time. It has the protective benefits of a hard wax, but can be applied in a fraction of the time.
