This 18V cordless rotary hammer drill from Metabo is engineered for drilling concrete and masonry, along with drilling other materials and chiselling. It's a practical choice for professionals such as builders, electricians and maintenance workers carrying out installation, renovation and repair work.
With 2.2 J of impact energy and a maximum impact rate of 4,750 blows per minute, this SDS-Plus rotary hammer drills holes up to 24mm in concrete. It's suitable for drilling anchor holes, installing fixings and carrying out building services work. It has three operating functions provide hammer drilling, standard drilling and chiselling for different tasks in masonry, concrete, wood and metal.
Metabo VibraTech (MVT) integrated damping helps reduce vibration, while VTC electronics maintain speed under load. Electronic soft start supports precise spot drilling, and the mechanical safety clutch helps protect the user if the drill bit stops unexpectedly.
An integrated LED work light improves visibility around the drilling point. The tool also supports reduced-dust drilling when used with the compatible ESA plus external dust extraction accessory, available separately.
Compatible with 18V battery packs and chargers from Metabo and other participating CAS (Cordless Alliance System) brands, this model is supplied body only, without a battery or charger. It comes with a rubber-coated side handle, drilling depth guide and metaBOX 165 L case.
