  Expertly crafted for precision wood working, the Cornet Herald from Record Power is an innovative wood lathe developed by professional wood turners and hobbyists to ensure it's a world-class, compact machine suitable wood turners of all experience levels. 
  
  The Herald has a cast iron bed for exceptional stability and longevity along with a solid cam-action tool rest holder and tailstock. It can be used as a heavy duty free standing lathe or as a compact bench-top machine. The bearing location system allows the headstock to be positioned at ten popular angle whilst the swivelling head allows for effortless turning of workpieces.
  
  The onboard display allows you to precisely control the spindle speed to best suit each task and the reverse functionality is convenient for sanding or left handed turning.
  
  Supplied with the Coronet Herald is the SC2 2.5" Mini Chuck (60001) with an M33 x 3.5 direct thread for quick and secure work holding.
