  The Record DML305 has been expertly designed and manufactured with a finely ground cast iron bed for added weight and rigidity making it a benchmark in high quality midi lathes. The lathes compact design and mighty 1/2hp motor gives it plenty of power for its capacity, perfect for areas where you have minimal space or even as a second machine. The lathe features a cam locking tool rest that can be adjusted with only one hand and a M33x3.5mm thread allowing a vast range of Record accessories to be fitted.   What a Lathe!

  Made a decision to learn a new skill and after a lot of reviewing reviews decided on the DML305, which is a perfect size for my man shed.
  Ray Grahams provide good value for money and provided a prompt service. Only glitch was from courier company who took an extra day to deliver but this was no issue.  
  Would have been good to provide a chuck but have fashioned one using the faceplate.
  Looking to turn the corner or at least use the skew chisel!

  Excellent service from Ray Graham’s, I got this lathe deliver free to Glasgow from Northern Ireland. I struggled to find a supplier that would do this in mainland UK !!!

  We are a Men's Shed and having received a generous donation from our local Rotary Club were able to buy this lathe and it is an excellent size both for the experienced user and people to learn on.  Projects so far are pens, Christmas decorations and bowls.
  Buying it from Ray Grahams meant we could get it delivered all within the budget we were given, excellent service.
