  ARKE Island Barbeque | 3 Burner Gas

  
  From Sahara BBQs is this stylish party centrepiece, the ARKE. It is an island style barbecue, where the hood is in the middle of a worktop. The worktop extends out the back with a fold up shelf which works brilliantly as a bar where you can entertain your guests while you grill. The grill has three individually controllable burners that run from a gas bottle that can be stored in the gas locker to the left of the BBQ.
  
  You can do classic barbecuing with the lid closed allowing you to monitor the temperature inside with the lid-mounted thermometer. Alternatively you can easily remove the grill hood (which can be conveniently stored on the bottom shelf) and do high heat grilling for foods that don't need a closed lid to cook. On the left side of the ARKE there are pegs to hang utensils as well as a bottle opener for your favourite beverages.
