  The Excel Gas BBQ from Outback has been upgraded for 2017 with the release of the ever more functional 310 model. The Excel 310 barbecue has kept the stylish and traditional silver look of its predecessors while adding some practical new features such as the inclusion of a thermometer in the lid which allows for use of the grill as a regular oven, perfect for chicken or other poultry, or large steaks. Lifting the one piece lid with connected fold-back warming rack reveals the considerable grill, giving more than enough space to cook for your whole family and more. The innovative design side burner is perfect for boiling water or blackening peppers or other veg, upgraded for 2017 the side ring has been redeveloped to allow for better searing and to provide a steadier surface for pots.
  
  That authentic BBQ taste is achieved in the Excel 310 thanks to the ingenious lava rock layer which sits just above the gas burner, cleaner and easier to use than charcoal simply turn the rocks every few uses and they will continue to compliment the natural flavour of your meat with a great BBQ kick. Heat to the 2 effective primary gas burners is controlled via the front mounted knobs, giving you easy and precise control of the grill heat. The removable grill tray and warming tray make cleaning quick and simple, with the bottom tray being perfect for storage of food awaiting the grill, crockery, or other BBQ implements.
