    Makita Cordless Oscillating Multi-Tool | StarLock Max | 40Vmax XGT | TM001G


    The first 40Vmax XGT oscillating multi-tool, the TM001G, has an oscillation speed of 10,000 to 20,000 orbits per minute at a total angle of 3.6 degrees. This high oscillation angle allows for extremely aggressive cuts at high speeds, or smoother cuts at the lower speeds.

    The motor is a brushless DC type operating at 36-40V. This gives excellent cordless runtime as well as extremely high sustained operating speeds. The bit holder is StarlockMax, a backwards compatible interface which not only works with StarlockMax accessories, but also StarlockPlus and normal Starlock.

    There is a comfortable diameter middle grip with rubber overmoulding. The switch is a slide type, positioned conveniently. To illuminate the work area there is a bright LED lamp which shines away from the front of the tool.
