DeWalt XR FlexVolt 54V 9" Grinder | DCG460 Bare With Case
A powerhouse of a grinder, the DCG460 is designed for 7" to 9" discs and gives you the power of corded in a cord-free package. The -NK version is the bare unit supplied in a blow moulded case. This means you can use your own FlexVolt batteries. The safety switch is built in to the trigger, which is housed behind a chunky protective guard.
The size of this machine makes the included side handle a must. It can be placed on either the right or left side to suit either your handedness, or the cutting/grinding application as appropriate. To aid with disc changes, there is a spindle lock button protected by a guard.
There is a powerful electric brake in the grinder that lets you set the tool down safely, quicker than many other 9 inch grinders. As with the majority of DeWalt's flagship lines, the 460 features a brushless DC motor, perfect for this demanding application. Also included is WTC or Wireless Tool Control, for dust extraction.
