  Makita DAB+ Cordless Radio | Charges LXT & CXT Batteries

  
  Capable of being powered from from either battery or mains thanks to the included power cable, this cordless radio gets DAB and DAB+ digital radio stations. It is compatible with CXT 12V Li-ion batteries and LXT 18V Li-ion batteries, and when connected to the mains, it will even charge installed batteries. As well as being able to charge power tool batteries, it has a USB port on the front, letting you charge phones and other USB devices. The radio can charge a 6.0Ah 18V battery full from empty in 100 minutes. The unit including battery compartment has an IP64 ingress protection rating with all dust covers closed, making it ideal for use on the job site. In addition to the digital radio function, you can also play music to the DMR301 via Bluetooth from your phone or other compatible media player. If you'd prefer to save a bit of power, you can directly connect your phone to the radio via an aux cable.
