  Record 1HP 152/254mm Belt/Disc Sander

  
  A powerful yet precise combination belt and disc sander that is built strongly enough to be used in a busy workshop and is suitable for fine detail work when required. The belt and disc are driven together by the 1 horsepower motor that lets you tackle large workpieces with lower chances of stalling out. The belt can be used in either the horizontal position or repositioned vertically depending on the application. You can also use the end of the belt where it changes direction to sand the inside radius of curved workpieces. There is a bevel table attached in front of the disc sander which allows you to sand faces that are out of square, or sand more complex angles when combined with a mitre fence. For your safety, the power switch is a no-volt cutout type. This means that if there is a power-cut in the workshop which is later restored, the machine won't restart on its own without you having first pressed the off button. The on switch is placed under a safety cover, which also doubles as the emergency stop button.
