Innovating in the field, DeWalt have released this cordless biscuit jointer. It is compatible with your standard size 0, 10 and 20 biscuits. When combined with a battery like the 5.0Ah or PowerStack, the brushless 18 Volt motor can deliver 917 Watts of power. This spins the included tungsten carbide toothed blade at up to 9,000 rpm for fast, efficient and clean cutting of the slots. The biscuit jointer is a modified angle grinder so benefits from the development that went into that for ergonomics, gearboxes, motors and the paddle switch. There is a fence attached to the jointer that can rotate from 0° to 90° depending on your required application, and also has height adjustment that uses a dual rack and pinion mechanism to keep the fence parallel. This version of the tool is supplied in a T-Stak compatible case without batteries or charger in order to keep the price lower if you already own compatible XR 18V or 54V battery packs.
