DeWalt 4 Head Drill Driver | 12V XR | 2 x 3.0Ah Batteries
This is the perfect installer's tool, for those needing to fasten fixings regularly, including in tight and hard to access areas and angles. It comes with four different attachments which are a right angle, regular keyless chuck, 1/4" hex quick release bit holder and offset bit holder.
The drill can also be used without any of the attachments, in which case it is able to accept a 1/4" hex bit with a friction-fit. This allows you to get into extremely tight spaces where the length of the tool matters.
The traditional chuck is a keyless 3 jaw version that will let you use it as a drill for wood, plastic and steel. It will also accept spade bits and anything else that you can tighten into the chuck.
The screwdriver bit has a 1/4" hex bit holder with quick-release sleeve, meaning when you're doing a large amount of screw fastening, you can easily switch between sizes and shapes of bits.
The offset bit holder has a similar drop'n'load 1/4" bit holder, but it has been moved upward with respect to the driveline. This lets you get into corners where the body of the machine and bit holder would normally get in the way.
The last attachment is the right angle attachment, which can actually then be used with one of the other attachments on the end of it. It locks into one of twelve positions, and can take the screwdriver attachment, regular 10mm chuck, or offset bit holder. This would allow you to drill a hole at a right angle, or get into a very narrow cabinet and fasten a screw at the back in the corner.
This kit comes with two 3.0 Amp-hour 12 Volt XR Lithium-ion battery packs as well as a compact charger to keep them juiced up. Everything is packaged in a T-Stak compatible kit box to protect the contents and also make it convenient to carry various different tool kits together.
