Makita 5 Piece 18V Garden Powertool Kit | 2 x 5.0Ah Batteries
A kit of five different power tools commonly used in the garden and grounds. Each of these tools uses the LXT 18V system of Lithium-ion battery packs, and the kit comes with two 5.0 Amp-hour capacity batteries, as well as a dual-port charger that also features a USB charging port.
The lawnmower in this kit is the DLM382 which has a 38cm wide cutting deck. It uses both batteries simultaneously, connecting them to the motor in series to drive it at 36 Volts for better power.
The chainsaw is the DUC305 which is another twin-battery 36V machine. It is extremely quiet considering its cutting capability, and has a brushless DC motor to allow reliability and long cordless runtime.
The DUH523 hedge trimmer has a 52cm long blade with teeth on each side which are spaced 15mm apart, allowing you to cut branches up to that thickness with ease. It, and the rest of the tools only require a single battery to operate.
The strimmer in this kit is the new model DUR193, which has a telescopic pipe shaft that lets you get the cutting head to the right height for different users. It cuts a swathe of 26cm, allowing you to quickly remove weeds and stubborn grass.
Finally, we have the DUB186, a powerful leaf blower with long nozzle. It makes cleaning up after using all the other tools a breeze, generating wind speeds over 150mph.
