  The HS004G gives you power and performance in a battery powered package allowing for freedom from cords without sacrificing cutting capabilities. The blade is spun at 6,000 rpm by the brushless DC motor that gives both higher torque and longer battery runtime than traditional brushed motors, and doesn't require the routine maintenance that a brushed motor would.
  
  This saw comes with the Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS) from Makita which allows compatible dust extraction systems to automatically start when the saw is used, which can be a massive productivity boost. It also has Automatic Torque Drive Technology (ADT) that monitors the load on the blade and can increase the torque to maintain a constant speed.
  
  Compatible with Makita-style guide rails without the need for an adaptor, this saw is extremely versatile, and sold at a fantastic price thanks to the exclusion of batteries or charger, making it perfect if you already own other XGT power tool kits.
