    Makita 4.0 Amp-hour Lithium-ion Battery Pack | XGT 40V Max


    These new battery packs from Makita allow a maximum output voltage of 40 volts and a nominal voltage of 36 volts. They have been designed to resist as much as possible impacts, drops and water. Each battery has a four-bar charge level indicator that can tell you what's left in your battery at the touch of a button. The battery communicates with the tool it is connected to as well as the charger so that it can maintain balance within each cell that makes up the battery.
