DEWALT Cordless Fencing Stapler | 9 Gauge | 2 x 18v 5.0Ah Li-ion Batteries | DCFS950
This heavy duty, high powered staple gun is ideal for agricultural fencing contractors as well as landowners and farmers. It allows you to make quick work of creating a new fenced area using wooden poles, barbed wire, galvanised wire and estate/sheep wire. The DCFS950 supports a range of 9 Ga 4mm staples - 40mm, 45mm and 50mm in length and they are supplied in boxes of 960 staples. The staples are easily loaded into the magazine and when empty, the tool stops itself from dry firing to prevent damage. The stapler is part of DEWALT's XR Lithium-ion 18 volt battery system, and can be used with the supplied 18 volt batteries, or for even greater runtime you can use 54 volt XR FlexVolt batteries if you already have those. The batteries power a high performance brushless motor that gives the advantages of requiring less overall maintenance and much better battery life.
The tool has been designed to be easy to use as much as possible despite its large size, thanks in part to the low battery mount which adds balance, putting the centre of mass around the handle - which itself has been ergonomically moulded to be comfortable in the hand. Another great feature is the hanging hook which may be too large to be used as a belt hook, is perfect to hang on the fence during breaks in usage. The power of the machine can be adjusted between three modes to allow you to use the different length of staples and counter for different hardnesses of wooden stakes. The machine also features a twin LED light to very effectively illuminate the work area.
